Photo Excursion: Out into the fresh spring green at Lake Constance
A relaxed bike tour with a befriended family from the Westallgäu to the idyllic Schleinsee near Lake Constance …
We started in Gattnau on a wonderful, but still quite cool spring day in April. A few days before it had been snowing, even down to Lake Constance.
Lorenz, the son of Dany and Richl, didn’t have his new MTB for so long and was able to present his already acquired driving skills to me and my camera very enthusiastically.
Climbs – no problem, not even in the woods or when we were on trails … only when it became too steep, Papa or Mama sometimes had to support with pushing. But that was no problem thanks to the family pedelec …
Through the freshly blossoming nature the route led cross and cross between fruit tree plantations to the Schleinsee, partly over rough forest trails – of course interrupted several times by short shootings …
At the farm estate Schleinsee at the recommendable S’Hofcafe we all had coffee, cake and ice cream as a reward – before we started the way back to Gattnau – again with some photo spots – via small hamlets and villages at the Bavarian-Württemberg border and over the ” Bauernpfad ” (great views of Lake Constance). A nice and fun tour in spring …
