I have been working with Nikon cameras and lenses for many years … and have always been very happy with the quality and reliability of the products. I have been a member of Nikon-NPS since 2004 and therefore enjoy Nikon’s high service quality in everything to do with the care and maintenance of my equipment.

I started around 2000 with one of Nikon’s first digital cameras, a D990. My first DSLR was soon the D100, followed by the D70, D2X, D200, D300, etc. …

Since I have always been active in the alpine area only with a backpack, I have always favored bodies without a portrait grip, only the D2X was an exception because of its outstanding position in sports (picture/AF quality, speed) – in the meantime I ended up with the smaller bodies again.

First I have worked with lenses from manufacturers like Sigma or Tokina, the high-quality, but also expensive Nikon Nikkore I have only one by one “worked out” …

My recent Equipment contains  …

Camera Bodies:

  • Nikon D850 (+ MB-D18), Nikon D750, Nikon Z6

Lenses:

  • Nikkor AF-S 24-70/2.8E VR ED
  • Nikkor AF-S 14-24/2.8G ED
  • Nikkor AF-S 70-200/2.8E FL VR ED
  • Nikkor AF-S 20 mm/1.8G ED
  • Nikkor AF-S 24-120/4G VR ED
  • Nikkor AF-S 28-300/3.5-5.6G VR ED
  • Nikkor AF 50/1.4D
  • Telekonverter AF-S TC-20E III

Flashlights:

  • Nikon SB-5000
  • Nikon SB-800 (2x)

A lot of necessary accessories (tripods, storage media, rechargeable batteries, battery packs, backpacks and bags, external additional battery light, etc.) are also included in this equipment …

Since summer 2018 also a

Photo/Video Drone (DJI Mavic Pro)

also with some accessories.

With all this gear I am well equipped for my purposes at the moment – I will hopefully be able to “earn” the one or other device for completing and enriching my equipment bit by bit 😉

Of course, post-production also requires some facilities, especially in the area of software, computing power and storage space – constant adaptation and expansion are daily routine here.
